PURPOSE: A method for sensing modulation of an application and an apparatus thereof are provided to sense and process modulation of an execution code properly after the application is installed. CONSTITUTION: An application package is acquired. A first execution code is extracted from the application package acquired in the installation step and then is installed. After the first execution code is installed in the extraction step, a second execution code is extracted from the application package if an execution command of the application is received. If the first execution code does not coincide with the second execution code in the processing step, a preestablished operation is performed.
