A method for manufacturing a film type sealing tape and a method for manufacturing an LCD using the sealing tape are provided to perform a UV irradiation process in advance when the film is manufactured to skip a process of a separate UV irradiation process after forming a seal pattern, thereby shortening the process time. A flexible film(5) is prepared, wherein the flexible film has a first surface and a second surface. A silicon release treatment is performed on the first surface and the second surface of the flexible film. An adhesive resin layer(8) is formed on the first surface of the flexible film. A UV irradiation process is performed on the adhesive resin layer. The UV irradiation process comprises trimming and slitting processes, which perform on the flexible film on which the adhesive resin layer is formed. |
