An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to connect a ground line with a conductive seal pattern electrically to stabilize the potential of the ground line, reduce the resistance of the ground line and supply a stable common voltage. An LCD includes first and second substrates(100,200) opposite to each other, a conductive seal pattern(210), a plurality of gate lines and data lines, a gate driver(110), a data driver(120), and a ground line(220). The first and second substrates have a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The conductive seal pattern is formed in the non-display area. The gate lines intersect the data lines to define pixel regions. The gate driver is formed in the non-display area of the first substrate and applies signals to the gate lines. The data driver is formed in the non-display area of the first substrate and applies signals to the data lines. The ground line is electrically connected to the conductive seal pattern in the non-display area of the first substrate and connected to the data driver and the gate driver. |
