The mobile rotor shredders (1) has frame in which tool holder rotor (2) is provided in parallel to soil treating bottom. A drive unit drives the shaft of the rotor so that the rotor is drivable in two directions. A rotor cover (4,4b) covers the rotor. A sensor detects the position of rotor cover for the rotor with the two directions of rotation of the shredder. A detector unit detects direction of rotation of rotor. A control unit controls the drive unit so that the rotor does not rotate if the cover is in an open position. |
