PURPOSE: A removable crusher for garlic is provided to conveniently crush the garlic or ginger by being formed in an integral type to be easily attached/detached and to be kept by being easily cleaned with flowing tap water. CONSTITUTION: A removable crusher for garlic comprises a crushing protrusion, a knife inserting unit, an inserting hole for the back of the knife, a knife body compressor, a horizontal line groove, and a vertical line groove. The horizontal and line grooves are formed inside the knife body compressor. |
