PURPOSE: A metal microsphere manufacturing method is provided to improve the surface smoothness of metal microsphere by controlling the oxygen concentration in an atmosphere within a predetermined range. CONSTITUTION: A metal microsphere manufacturing method is as follows. Cu droplets(11) are solidified into a sphere shape in an atmosphere of oxygen 10-800 Vol. ppm and the rest inert gas. The inert gas is argon or nitrogen. |
