PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing metal wires is provided to rapidly form a grapheme layer at low temperature by emitting micro waves or IPL(Intense Pulse Light). CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing metal wires(110) comprises first and second steps. In the first step, a polymeric layer(120) with carbon sources is coated on the surface of the metal wire. In the second step, a carbon allotrope layer with a two-dimensional structure is formed while the polymeric layer is heated by one of the IPL and micro waves. |
