Novelty: A tasty food stuffing containing boiled game meat, game meat extract and, optionally, one or more additional components such as bread crumbs, fat and oil, protein products, starch, aromatic material, sweetening materials, salt, food conservatives, edible acids, game meat extract, antioxidant vitamins, trace elements, and edible colorants. Preparation method: a) mixing of the additional components; b) smashing of the boiled game meat; c) addition of the smashed game meat as well as of its extract in 1:0,01-0,05 proportion by weight; d) mixing of the mixture; e) packaging of the stuffing. Embodiment: Stuffing of tortellini, ravioli, canneloni, meat pies, Chinese buns, dablings etc. |
