The device (D) has a housing (B1) comprising a central area that includes a group (E1) of LEDs to partially provide lighting function e.g. flashing light function. The housing has another area located in periphery of the former area and comprising another group (E2) of LEDs partially ensuring lighting functions e.g. stop light and position light functions. A light treatment unit (MT) partially assures one of the lighting functions. The former area includes a third group (E3) of LEDs to partially provide a lighting function e.g. reversing light function. An independent claim is also included for an optical block of vehicle.
