PURPOSE: A device for moving and stopping a vehicle is provided to minimize the consumption of physical force by applying a large amount of force to the wheels of a vehicle using a small amount of physical force. CONSTITUTION: A device for moving and stopping a vehicle comprises a power transmission part (100), a structure (200) for controlling the power transmission part, and a structure handle (300) for the power transmission part. The power transmission part is coupled to the structure handle through the handle. A portion of the structure is coupled to the power transmission part through the groove formed in the power transmission part, and a portion is coupled to the structure handle to increase the distance between the action point and the fulcrum of a lever. The structure handle is coupled to the structure and assists the structure when the structure controls the power transmission part. |
