PURPOSE: A personalized automatic classifying system of received emails and an operating method thereof are provided to automatically classify and forward an email received from a sender according to accumulated information by accumulating set importance, a forwarded target, the number of times reading the email, and classifying the sender of the email. CONSTITUTION: When an email is received, a receiving terminal confirms sender information and searches a sender information database for the confirmed sender information. When the email is previously received, the receiving terminal accumulates and stores the number of times receiving emails in a reception number management database (S1200,S1300). If importance is set in the received email, the receiving terminal displays the importance on the email (S1400,S1500). If a delivery or forwarding record about the email is stored, the receiving terminal forwards the email to targets corresponding to the record (S1600,S1700).
