PURPOSE: A sterilized water supply device of a water treatment apparatus is provided to reduce the time for sterilization and washing since whole water tank is sterilized and washed with small amount of sterilized water, not even supply the sterilized water up to full water level. CONSTITUTION: A sterilized water supply device of a water treatment apparatus comprises a water tank cap (20), a sterilized water supplying channel, and a flow channel guide part (33). The sterilized water supplying channel supplies the sterilized water into the water tank (10) from the exterior of the water tank. The flow channel guide part induces the sterilized water supplied through the sterilized water supplying channel to flow downward along the inner wall surface of the water tank.
