PURPOSE: An environment-friendly preserving method of an embroidery product using sap of a lacquer tree is provided to obtain the embroidery product with high quality as a bleaching phenomenon is blocked effectively and a heaving phenomenon does not occur, to improve productivity shortening time, and to facilitate adjustment of concentration. CONSTITUTION: An environment friendly preserving method of an embroidery product using sap of a lacquer tree is produced applying a lacquer tree sap paint which is filtered through a paint filter paper as the sap of lacquer tree and telepin is applied on an embroidery product (100) on which a needle work is done on an embroidered fabric. The application step is as follows; the lacquer tree sap paint is filled in a lacquer sap paint storage container which is installed on a spray gun, which is supplied with a compressed air generated from a compressor while working as a compressed air generator; the lacquer tree sap paint storage container, which is filled with the lacquer sap paint, is installed on the spray gun; the lacquer tree sap paint is applied on the embroidery product spraying in particles making the stored lacquer tree sap paint stored in the lacquer sap paint storage container through a spray nozzle by supplying the compressed air produced from compressor; the embroidery product, in which application of the lacquer tree sap paint is complete, is dried in a room temperature for 40 minutes; the embroidery product which has been through an initial drying process which evaporates the telepin which is mixed with the lacquer tree sap is installed with a moisture containing bag in the side walls of a carrier with a door; the lacquer tree sap paint which is applied on the embroidery completes coating on the embroidery product as the embroidery product is dried for 20 hours in a drier in which a heating element, which emits heat in a 30 degree C to maintain 80 percent of humidity in a carrier as water in the water containing bag is dried while heat is applied, is installed on a floor. |
