PURPOSE: A multipurpose mat adhesive sheet has excellent portability, is easily installed and removed to any sides, and has excellent mat-maintenance and durability, thereby attaching and detaching a magnetic object to the surface thereof and being used as a beam projector screen. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose mat adhesive sheet (300) includes a thickness of 25-300 micron and a transparent plastic film (100) the both sides of which are primer-treated; a mat UV-curable coating layer which is located on the top side of the transparent plastic film and includes 100.0 parts by weight of a UV-curable coating composition, 1-20 parts by weight of a quenching agent, and 0.05-10 parts by weight of a slipping agent; a printing layer (120) which has the lower side of the transparent plastic film; an adhesive layer (130) which is located in the lower side of the printing layer; and a release layer (140) which can be attached to the lower side of the adhesive layer.
