The bracket (5) has a suspension unit (6) for returning an electric cable (3) in a storage position. The unit includes a set of return units (7) in which the cable is passed. The return units are connected to a suspension cable (10) passing in another set of return units (12) in an upper part of the bracket. Another end of the electric cable is extended in the bracket and coupled to counterweight forming units (13) that are displaceable in the bracket to follow progress of the electric cable and to restore the electric cable in the storage position after utilization of the electric cable.
