The device has two boards (1, 2) fixed at a frame (3) for placing left and right feet of a user. A handlebar (21) is provided with of a front steering wheel (5), where handle units (13, 34) provide circular movement of the front steering wheel to a mechanism, which transmits the movement to a pinion (26) of a rear wheel (4). Two wheels (6, 7) are fixed at sides of a frame. Two bearings bars (8, 16) are vertically arranged in an axis (59). Multiple toothed disks (14) are welded in a center of the axis.
