The vehicle has a frame comprising a front element (1) supporting a handle assembly (2), a fork (3) and a front wheel (4), and a central element (5) supporting a rear wheel (6) and an outer element (7) supporting a seat (8). The assembly comprises two legs (2b) forming a U-shaped part. The central element and the outer element are pivotably connected to the front element such that the front element is folded toward the assembly in a storage position. An upper portion of the outer element and a rear part of the central element are engaged in the U-shaped part by the legs of the assembly.
