The utensil has central teeth (3) placed symmetrically and assembled with a junction part located at a base of fork. Concave retaining elements (4, 4') are placed outside the fork and secured to the base of the fork to form a hollow cavity equivalent to a spoon. Concave teeth are placed symmetrically on both sides of the central teeth. The concave teeth have width varying from 1 to 10 mm and an angle of curvature ranging between 5 and 25mm. A handle (1) is curved with respect to a vertical plane from 1 to 4 cm, preferably from 1.5 to 2 cm. The utensil is made of a rigid material selected among food grade stainless steel, wood, plastic, wrought iron and precious metal.
