The method involves producing a composite metal frame (3) using silver plated brass or stainless steel by carrying-out a part whose weight is reduced with respect to silverware parts. The part is manufactured by using different silver plated or polished metals. A composite plate (1) is mounted by a screw system (2) on the metal frame. Round tubes (4) are bent with 30 degree, where ends of the tubes are assembled in longest parts of cross-pieces. A face of the composite metal frame is fixed on a brass flat part.
