The clip (10) has a support face (20) comprising a section allowing the face to be supported on an outer face (14) and/or one of side edges (16, 17) of a section (12) of a T-shaped post (11). The support face includes a support element (25) projected from branches (22, 23) to be supported against an inner face (15) of the section of post/against side faces (18, 19) of a central framework (13) when the clip is assembled to the post. An assembly formed by the branches, the element and inner/side faces defines a housing (30) to receive and block a chain thread of a panel, a roller/ netting sheet. The clip is made of spring steel. An independent claim is also included for a fence.
