PURPOSE: An examination management system and a method thereof are provided to differently set questions between adjacent examinees among actual examination examinees considering not only the structure of each examination site and the position of a seat but also whether an applicant enters for an examination or not and to make an image of accurate grid type by having a three-dimensional effect than a general image sensor and to perform the unit division of cell type of beehive shape. CONSTITUTION: An examination management server determines an examination question if the same question does not exist between adjacent seats. A question producing unit produces a question according to an examination applicant by extracting the question according to each examination applicant from an examination information database through the examination management server. An adjacent seat comparison and same question discrimination unit extracts an examination site based on an image map in the examination management server and determines whether the same question exists between the adjacent seats or not referring to examination site seat information among the examination site based on the image map. A motion recognition sensor module grasps a transfer position and a variation position which is installed on the ceiling of the examination site.
