PURPOSE: A mortar for concrete structure reinforcement is provided to enhance adhesive force and mobility of the concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A mortar for concrete structure reinforcement comprises an epoxy resin, a hardener, silica and aggregate. The mortar for concrete structure reinforcement additionally includes reactive diluent, non-reactive diluent, mineral fibers, barium sulfate, calcium carbonate and additives. The mortar for reinforcement comprises 7-17 wt% of epoxy resin, 1-5 wt% of hardener, 15-25 wt% of silica, 25-45 wt% of aggregate, 1-5 wt% of reactive diluent, 1-5 wt% of non-reactive diluent, 4-11 wt% of mineral fiber, 7-11 wt% of barium sulfate, 7-11 wt% of calcium carbonate, and 1-5 wt% of additive. |
