The device (1) has a base plate (2) fixed at a body part of a car. Receiving element (4) comprises two branches (40, 41) defining a space. A stem (9) of a movable pin (8) supports of a thrust. The branches deviate elastically and attached with a blocking element. Toothed racks (42) of the branches are attached with toothed racks (90) of the stem of the pin. The receiving element of the two branches is configured to allow guidance and side maintenance of the stem of the pin while preserving the elasticity of one of the branches.
