PURPOSE: A cooling module is provided to prevent a decline of the pressure resisting quality of header tanks of a radiator as the head tanks can be joined to a condenser and a fan shroud assembly without a separate joining member. CONSTITUTION: A cooling module includes a first bracket (400), a first bracket joining unit (500), a second bracket, and a second bracket joining unit (700). The first bracket is extended in a longitudinal direction from one surface of a fan shroud assembly (300) to a header tank side in order to surround a radiator header tank (210). The first bracket joining unit is protruding from one surface of the header tank. An end portion of the first bracket is fitted into the first bracket joining unit, thereby being joined. The second bracket is extended from the other header tank different from the header tank in which the first bracket joining unit is formed in the fan shroud assembly direction. The second bracket joining unit is formed on the other surface different from the surface in which the first bracket is formed in the longitudinal direction of the fan shroud assembly so that an end portion of the second bracket is joined to the fan shroud assembly by a separated joining unit.
