PURPOSE: A three dimensional curved surface hairline or flat surface pattern hairline mold and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the appearance of injection molded products and to implement the high glossy weldless hairline by applying the steam at high temperatures to a steam hole of the mold in an injection mold process. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional curved surface hairline or flat surface pattern hairline mold and a manufacturing method thereof comprise a step of manufacturing a hairline film, a step of processing a mold to control computer figures (CNC), a step of generating a hairline design, and a step of coating a cavity. In the step of generating the hairline design, the hairline design having an embossed hairline or a rectangular pattern hairline is formed in a product molding unit by attaching to the product molding unit of the mold through the step of processing the mold to control computer figures and including a light exposing process and an erosion process. In the step of coating the cavity, the mold cavity is coated to prevent the disappearance of hairline design formed in the product molding unit of the mold and to improve the durability of the hairline design.
