PURPOSE: A lipophilic transparent gel type lip cosmetic composition is provided to show applicability without stickiness, to maintain moisturization by forming a coating film on lip, and to have gloss. CONSTITUTION: A lipophilic transparent gel type lip cosmetic composition contains synthetic polymers. The cosmetic composition contains: 0.00001-60 wt% of transparent synthetic polymers as a thickener; 1-90 wt% of oil and a moisturizer; 0.001-30 wt% of a UV protector; and 0.001-20 wt% of pigments and pearl. The synthetic polymer has hydrogenated polyisobutene, butylene/ethylene/styrene copolymers, ethylene/propylene/styrene copolymers, or a mixture thereof.
