PURPOSE: A flow type valve mechanism of base oil using ER and MR fluids is provided to maximize the effects by ER and MR fluids, prevent the deposition of fluid particles inside a fluid passage, and minimize the abrasion of the fluid passage with respect to the particles. CONSTITUTION: A flow type valve mechanism of base oil using ER and MR fluids comprises an ER and a MR valve(11), a fluid filter(12), a pump system(13), a mechanical system(14), and a base oil fluid passage(15). The ER and MR valve is filled with ER powders and particles which are minimally added by the base oil. The fluid filter filters the ER and MR powders added by the base oil in order to prevent the powders from flowing out. The pump system pumps in order to allow the base oil to flow along a fluid passage. The fluid passage separately connects the ER valve, fluid filter, pump system, and mechanical system in order to circulate the base oil.
