PURPOSE: An automatic measuring device and a method for the same are provided to carry out automatic measurement when a user inputs only the target weight of raw materials, an allowable error value, and the number of measurement per unit hour. CONSTITUTION: An automatic measuring device comprises an input unit(210), a set value recording unit(220), a processor(200), a load cell(151), and a timer(230). A user inputs the target weight of raw materials, an allowable error value, and the number of measurement per unit hour through the input unit. The set value recording unit records initial operation data with respect to the vibration strength of a supply feeder according to the target weight, the allowable error value, the number of measurement per unit hour, the vibration strength of other two feeders, a braking position, and a stopping position. The processor controls two feeders based on the initial operation data recorded in the set value recording unit and updates the initial operation data of the feeders respectively according to the accumulated data of the allowable error values and the number of measurement per unit hour. The load cell provides the weight of the raw materials, which are inserted into a measurement bucket by being transferred, to the processor.
