PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sealing property and assemblability by preventing occurrence of deformation of an engagement claw and an engagement hole of a strip plate-like member.SOLUTION: A first tool claw 50 and an engagement claw 30 are arranged on one end side 21 of a strip plate-like member 20; a through-hole 23 is formed between the first tool claw 50 and engagement claw 30 located on a tip side of the strip plate-like member 20; an engagement piece 40 and a second tool claw 60 are arranged on the other end side 22 of the strip plate-like member 20; the strip plate-like member 20 is wound around a boot to be shaped into a ring-like form to superpose the one end side 21 and the other end side 22 thereof on each other to set the other end side 22 on an inner diameter side; the engagement piece 40 located on the tip side of the strip plate-like member 20 is inserted in the through-hole 23 from the inner diameter side to the outer diameter side; the first tool claw 50 and the second tool claw 60 are forcedly brought close to each other; and thereby the engagement piece 40 led out from the through-hole 23 to the outer diameter side is locked to the engagement claw 30. |
