PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector which enables a housing and a contact part to be displaced relative to a mounting substrate in parallel with a substrate surface without providing a reinforcement plate separately from a contact.SOLUTION: A proximal part 21 of a contact 2 exists along an upper surface of a base part 31 of a housing 3. A package side elastic part 23 of the contact 2 exists along a lower surface of the base part 31 of the housing 3. A folded part 24 of the contact 2 is located at the rear of the base part 31 of the housing 3 and connects the proximal part 21 with one end of the package side elastic part 23. First and second connection leg parts 25, 26 extend downward from the other end of the package side elastic part 23 and become mounting parts mounted on a circuit board in a position where tip sides are separated in a forward-backward direction. A housed part 251 of the first connection leg part 25 of the contact 2 is housed in a space between a lower surface of the base part 31 of the housing 3 and a cover part 315. |
