PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which the replacement of a consumable part of a device is performed by a serviceman and not performed by a user and therefore, the device cannot be available when a consumable part reaches the end of the life and the user has to wait for the arrival of a serviceman.SOLUTION: A management server detects a part which reaches the end of the life, from part information of a device, and issues a part replacement request notification to a user. Consequently, the user can reduce a period when the device cannot be available. |
