PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damping sheet which has further improved damping properties at a temperature of 80°C or more and at a frequency of 3 kHz or more, to provide a method for damping the vibrating member and to provide a method for using the vibrating member.SOLUTION: A damping sheet includes a resin layer and a restraint layer, wherein the glass transition temperature of the resin layer is 20°C or less and the product (d*X) of a thickness (d) [mm] of the resin layer and the basis weight (X) [g/m] of the restraint layer is 250 mm*g/mor more. The basis weight (X) of the restraint layer is preferably 200g/mor more and the thickness (D) of the resin layer is preferably 0.1 mm or larger. |
