PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a plate with a seal, capable of controlling burrs in a seal material, and heat-vulcanizing a pair of laminate formed of a substrate and a cavity plate, the plate being formed by integrating the seal material with the substrate.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a plate with a seal includes the steps of: carrying out one-flow molding of a rubber material 80 to a cavity plate 20 having a sealing groove 20a, a side lip 20b provided adjacent to the sealing groove and a connection groove 20c for connecting the sealing groove and the side lip; and combining the cavity plate 20 with the one-flow molded rubber material 80 and a substrate 40 to be subjected to heat vulcanization. |
