PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening/closing device for a vehicle, capable of sufficiently securing a clearance between a terminal of a cable and a front side pulley without increasing a projection amount into a vehicle compartment of an arrangement space needed for the front side pulley or the like disposed on a front side of a guide rail.SOLUTION: A front side cable 33 and a rear side cable 34 are wound around a drum, hooked to the front side pulley and the rear side pulley disposed on the front side and rear side of a center rail 13 respectively, turned in front and rear directions, and connected to a guide roller unit 16 at respective terminals 37 and 38 respectively. A cable part 33A for a closing operation of the front side cable 33 is routed to an outer side of the center rail 13 and the pertinent terminal 37 is connected to the guide roller unit 16 behind a road roller 22. A cable part 34A for an opening operation of the rear side cable 34 is routed inside the center rail 13 and the pertinent terminal 38 is connected to the guide roller unit 16. |
