An adhesive raw material contains a monomer and/or polymer and 55 mass% or more thermally conductive particles. The thermally conductive particles contain first thermally conductive particles having a particle size based on the volume of primary particles of less than 10 mum and a first particle size distribution, and second thermally conductive particles having a particle size based on the volume of primary particles of 10 mum or higher and a second particle size distribution. The first thermally conductive particles account for 10-80 mass% of the thermally conductive particles. The second thermally conductive particles account for 20-90 mass% of the thermally conductive particles.
