PURPOSE: A device for visualizing context information, a method thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to efficiently utilize the context information collected from mobile terminals, thereby supplying a lot of information to a user. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(110) receives context information from mobile terminals corresponding to a predetermined cycle. A visualization unit(160) visualizes context information, which is designated by a user, based on kinds of the designated context information. A data processing unit calculates statistics for the context information which is received during time which is predetermined by the user among the designate context information. A prediction unit(150) predicts the context information for a mobile terminal at arbitrary time by using calculated past context information.
