摘要 PURPOSE: A high-strength high-toughness material and a method for manufacturing a tower flange using the same are provided to apply the material with improved weldability and corrosion resistance to a tower flange for a wind turbine. CONSTITUTION: A high-strength high-toughness material comprises 0.12-0.16 weight% of C, 0.20-0.50 weight% of Si, 1.30-1.50 weight% of Mn, 0.02 weight% or less of P, 0.01 weight% or less of S, 0.35 weight% or less of Cu, 0.20-0.50 weight% of Ni, 0.15 weight% or less of Cr, 0.15 weight% or less of Mo, 0.10 weight% or less of V, 0.05 weight% or less of Nb, 0.03-0.07 weight% of Al, 0.03 weight% or less of Ti, 0.015 weight% or less of N, and the rest Fe.
