PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in the measurement result of interference from another cell.SOLUTION: A mobile station comprises: a parameter acquisition unit which acquires information representing the carrier frequencies of a serving cell and a peripheral cell from a radio base station; a measurement band management unit which on the basis of the information representing the carrier frequencies of the serving cell and the peripheral cell, adjusts a measurement band in the case of measuring the radio quality of the serving cell and the peripheral cell; and a measurement unit which measures the radio quality of the serving cell and the peripheral cell on the basis of the adjusted measurement band. |
