PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery system capable of stably detecting that a storage unit is filled with residual developer after transfer, and an image forming apparatus including the recovery system.SOLUTION: A cleaning unit 31 that recovers attachments attached to a photoconductor drum 8 includes: a flapper 60 that can move between a first position where the flapper 60 is arranged when a storage housing 32 for retaining attachments can store attachments and a second position where the flapper 60 is arranged when the storage housing 32 is filled with attachments; and a plate spring 66 that regulates the flapper 60 moving from the first position to the second position when the storage housing 32 can store attachments, and regulates the flapper 60 moving from the second position to the first position when the storage housing 32 is filled with attachments. |
