PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection pump 1 capable of easily aligning a second fuel supply passage 21b of a housing 21 with a fuel supply hole 22a as a fuel passage of an insert piece 22, and capable of fixing the insert piece 22 so as not to rotate in the housing 21.SOLUTION: In a fuel injection pump 1 including an electromagnetic spill valve 20, the electromagnetic spill valve 20 has a housing 21 for forming an insert piece hole 21d, an insert piece 22 formed in a substantially cylindrical shape having a valve seat 22b on an inner peripheral surface and attachably and detachably inserted into the insert piece hole 21d, a spill valve element 23 formed in a substantially columnar shape having a seal surface 23b to be seated on the valve seat 22b on an outer peripheral surface and slidably inserted into the insert piece 22, and a fixing means for fixing a position around the axis of the insert piece 22 with respect to the insert piece hole 21d. |
