PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always highly precisely image a subject and a color reference chart in a stable position relation.SOLUTION: An imaging section 30 includes: a frame body 32 in which an aperture 32b for imaging a subject and a reference chart KC which is simultaneously imaged with a colorimetry adjustment color patch CP being the subject via the aperture 32b are installed in parallel on a low surface section 32a confronted with the subject; an illumination light source 37 for irradiating the subject and the reference chart KC with illumination light of almost the same light volumes; an image sensor 34 for receiving reflected light from the subject confronted with the aperture 32b and reflected light from the reference chart KC and simultaneously imaging the subject and the reference chart KC; an optical path length change member 41 which is arranged in an optical path from the subject to the image sensor 34 and has a prescribed optical path length change amount; and an optical path length change member 42 which is disposed in an optical path from the reference chart KC to the image sensor 34 and whose optical path length change amount is different from that of the optical path length change member 41.
