PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate in which two barrier films are laminated so that gas barrier protection layers in the barrier film face to each other, and the barrier films are firmly bonded to each other, without using an adhesive, that does not cause seepage of foreign matters or residual solvent and has excellent gas barrier property, and transparency.SOLUTION: In barrier films 10, 20, a thermoplastic resin film, a thin film layer of aluminum oxide or silicon oxide, and a gas barrier protection layer are sequentially laminated. An electron beam 4 is applied to each protection layer surface. Two films are laminated so that the gas barrier protection layers face to each other, and are bonded with a heat laminate method. The gas barrier protection layer is comprised of a coating obtained by applying solution including water-soluble polymer having a hydroxyl group and alkoxysilane. In part of the interface 5 of the opposing gas barrier protection layers, a bond is formed between an atom in the gas barrier protection layer of one barrier film and an atom in the protection layer in the other barrier film. |
