PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handling lifter used for housing an apparatus in a switchboard or for carrying out an apparatus therefrom, which can avoid interference of the leg of the lifter and an electric apparatus attached to the door of the switchboard when housing or carrying out the apparatus.SOLUTION: In the handling lifter used for housing an apparatus in a switchboard or for carrying out an apparatus therefrom, the pipe-like legs of the lifter can be moved in the horizontal direction with one point thereof as a basic point. |
