A car body assembling apparatus is provided to reduce the size and weight of the side gate by restricting the top end portion and roof panel of the either side panel through the fourth control portion of the second bogie unit. A car body assembling apparatus(200) comprises the first bogie unit(10) which mobiles, is installed in the operating room inside of the body build up process.; the main rotatable buck(20) which is rotatable to respectively, is formed in the classroom both side room of the body build up process; the supporting frame(32) which can slide and is combined in the base frame; the first drive unit providing the rotation driving power concerning the main rotatable buck; the second driver unit providing forward and backward drive power concerning the supporting frame; the side gate storage unit(40) loading each car model side gate; the side gate loading/unloading unit(50) attaching or removes the side gate from the main rotatable buck; the side panel loading unit(60) loading the side panel to the side gate; the second bogie unit(70) is movably installed in the classroom top of the build up process in inside; and the several welding robots welding each junction of the car body. |
