摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercharging system for engines, which can effectively utilize equipment constituting a system, not only during constant speed running and acceleration running of a vehicle but also during deceleration running thereof.SOLUTION: In a hybrid vehicle including an engine 2 and a drive motor 6 as running drive sources, a supercharger 45 is coupled to a crankshaft 2a of the engine 2 via a clutch 51 for S/C; an S/C drive motor 65 is coupled to the supercharger 45; and either the engine 2 or the S/C drive motor 65 can drive the supercharger 45. When motor maximum regenerative torque capable of being generated by the drive motor 6 during deceleration running of the vehicle does not reach required deceleration torque, the clutch 51 for the S/C is connected; the S/C drive motor 65 is regeneratively controlled to operate as a generator; and its generated electric power is charged into a battery 18.
