PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a reduction in size of a device by shortening a contact length between a shaft and a diaphragm of a shaft clamp mechanism.SOLUTION: A shaft clamp mechanism 1 comprises: an outer circumferential cylindrical part 2 fixed to an inner wall surface 21 in a circumference of a shaft 20; an inner circumferential cylindrical part 3 provided at an outer circumference of the shaft 20 and capable of being brought into contact with and separated from the shaft 20 by elastic deformation; a circular ring-like diaphragm 4 equipped between the outer circumferential cylindrical part 2 and the inner circumferential cylindrical part 3 and having an arch type cross-sectional shape in a radial direction relative to the shaft 20; and an oil chamber 6 formed in a space surrounded by an arch type convex side of the diaphragm 4, the outer circumferential cylindrical part 2, and the inner circumferential cylindrical part 3. By the shaft clamp mechanism, a contact length between the diaphragm and the shaft is shortened to achieve a reduction size of a device. |
