PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge a booklet so that a state of the booklet can be discriminated without shifting to a direction crossing the discharging direction in a single discharge tray.SOLUTION: A paper sheet processing device, an image forming system or a paper sheet processing method includes a booklet forming part for forming a plurality of paper sheets formed with images into a booklet, a booklet discharge part for discharge the booklet, and a control part for controlling discharge of the booklet in the booklet discharge part. A state of the booklet is determined, and in the case wherein the state of a noticed booklet to be discharged in the discharge part is not normal or in the case wherein a state of the noticed booklet is different from the state of the preceding booklet discharged before, the booklet discharge part is controlled so that a discharge interval between the preceding booklet and the noticed booklet becomes different from the normal delivery interval. |
