PURPOSE: A hand brake in a handle is provided to prevent accidents by enabling drivers to brake a foot brake, a front wheel, and a rear wheel at the same time and significantly reducing a braking distance. CONSTITUTION: A hand brake in a handle comprises the following steps: separately connecting wires (5) connected to both straps (2) of a handle (1) to the disks of front and rear wheels and the brake shoe of an axel; pulling two wires which pass through a gear groove (1-8) and a shaft groove (1-6) by lowering the handle when a driver pushes both straps; and separately applying a compressive force and an extensional force to one wire on the front wheel and the other wire on the brake shoe of the rear wheel. |
