PURPOSE: An upper member of a center pillar for a car body is provided to prevent widening in collision and to reinforce the center pillar by integrating a seatbelt, thereby improving a broadside collision performance and a seatbelt regulation performance. CONSTITUTION: An upper member of a center pillar for a car body comprises an upper member body(10). The upper member body is installed in the center pillar of the car body. A first reinforcing part(14), a second reinforcing part(15), and a third reinforcing part(16) are integrated on the upper member body. The first to third reinforcing parts are accommodated in the rear internal space of the upper member body. The first reinforcing part is bent to have protruded portions(14a) and a recessed portion(14b). |
