PURPOSE: An extruder for manufacturing solid fuel by extruding mixed waste in which is made of synthetic resin and paper is provided to be easily maintained because only cylinder is drawn and exchanged by loosening a clamping unit if the abrasion is generated in a predetermined-term usage. CONSTITUTION: An extruder for manufacturing solid fuel by extruding mixed waste in which is made of synthetic resin and paper comprises a raw material input chamber (2), a driving unit, a cylinder, a heating extrusion molding unit (4), an extrusion protecting board (5), an extruded product air cooled guide hole (6), a rotary cutter (7), and a support unit. A fixing hinge is attached to the outer wall surface of a discharge hole (2b) of the raw material input chamber and an operating hinge is attached to the outer surface of the heating extrusion molding unit touching the same. The fixing and operating hinges are connected to a connecting shaft rod. A connecting piece is attached to hanger hooks of the shaft rod upper end and the heating extrusion molding unit to be supported on the outer wall of the raw material input chamber. |
